staff are always friendly and helpful.
only downfull is that it's not very disabled friendly due to small isles where boxes are left out where they are trying to cram as much stock out as possible.
it's a real shame that the building is just to small as there are so many customers who love to use it.
with businesses fighting to stay afloat and pitsea being regenerated costcutter really need to develop the store to give these franchises a chance.
the current owners go out of the way to help me though.
